The Founder promoter of our Company Mr. Rohit Dalpatbhai Shah is in the business of jewellery over more than 2 decades. The Company was incorporated on September 22, 2005 under the name of Shilvi Jewels Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to Palm Jewels Private Limited on October 28, 2016. The Company was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on February 21, 2018 and consequently name was changed to "Palm Jewels Limited" (PJL).

We are engaged in the wholesale trade of silver and gold jewellery. Our registered office and business operations are based in Ahmedabad. We essentially sell gold based Mangal sutra, Chains and bracelets. We outsource the manufacturing of our jewellery through job workers based in Ahmedabad.
We procure gold & silver majorly through the bullion market and partially from the local markets in Ahmedabad. Gold bars, Silver bars and other Necessary Materials are provided to Job Workers Who are based either in Ahmedabad or in different parts of India depending upon their speciality in particular items. However, no formal agreement has been executed with either of these job workers. The finished jewellery is sold by our marketing and sales teams directly to other wholesale and retail stores throughout Gujarat and we have started selling in various other parts of india as well through B2B marketing and/ or Direct/Outbound marketing strategy.
